Built in 1922, this piano has undergone a good amount of restoration in the past 20 years or so. The work included new hammers and dampers, shanks and wippens, new strings and pins, the original soundboard was shimmed, the cabinet was refinished, and the plate was refinished and detailed as well. The piano has received a decent amount of use since the restoration and isn't as "fresh" as a newly-rebuilt grand; however, for only $9988 during our SPACE CRUNCH SALE, you can own this Steinway grand piano that plays and sounds great!
Just for comparison, a new Steinway this size lists for over $100K. Ouch.
